I believe every leader, team and organization holds a stronger future version of itself. My role is to be the support behind the rise toward it, at full strength.
I started as an electrical engineer and found my calling in developing people. Since 2012 I have managed more than 100 training programs, designed 8 full programs, worked with more than 12,000 participants, and assessed more than 1,000 leaders with LPI 360.
Engineering taught me a working system starts with clear specifications and ends with a test proving it works. I apply the same rule to leadership development, and I call it Impact Engineering.
